Project Manager - Junior

What Awaits You:

• An intensive onboarding into the Legito application, not only in terms of how it works but also how users utilize it in practice.
• As part of the onboarding, shadowing the PM team – it’s important to us that you truly understand our software and our users.
• Communication in all directions (internally and externally) – discovery and delivery.
• Leading agile ceremonies (stand-up, retrospectives, planning).
• Creating and refining specifications for new features and user stories.
• Planning sprints and organizing work for our developers.
• Working with tickets.
• Taking care of day-to-day tasks, preparing releases.
• Prioritizing requests and planning the product backlog and roadmap.
• Identifying needs and proposing the best solutions.

What You’ll Need:

• A university degree (completed).
• The ability to communicate clearly, understandably, and effectively with different types of people – whether it’s developers, clients, or management.
• The ability to move things forward.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on order.
• English at a communicative level (at least B2).

Nice to Have:

• Experience (work or internship) in how companies work with documents.
• Basic knowledge of programming principles (you don’t need to know how to program).
• Experience in organizing – events, camps, groups, anything…
