Legito Marketplace Refund Policy
Note: This policy is not applicable to Legito Smart Document Workspace.
This policy shall be applied to the Marketplace product users only.
If a Legito Marketplace Operator (“Operator”) offers to provide a refund in connection with the use of Legito, the user has the right to a refund of fees paid under the conditions specified below:
A user requesting a refund must notify the Operator by submitting their request to support@legito.com and include either the bank information or credit/debit card detail, as appropriate, used to process the user’s order being refunded.
The operator of the Legito application shall refund the user by wire transfer to the bank or credit/debit/card payment system provided in the notice. Please note the operator may charge the user the necessary wire transfer costs connected with the refund.
