In early 2024, the office went live with over 20 Word standard documents, adding over 20 more documents in recent months.

Legito is used to standardize documentation, ensure proper approval and workflow, and provide greater efficiency for field and administrative personnel.
Legito is also tied into the single sign-on service used by the office so users can seamlessly access the application from a web browser wherever and whenever they need to create, revise and approve documents.
Legito is integrated with the Bronx DA case management solution to populate specific case data by docket, grand jury or indictment number to eliminate unnecessary rekeying of data and reduce potential errors.
All attorneys and support staff have access to Legito. To date, 400 users actively use the system with anticipated growth of up to 1,000 users.
Currently over 100 documents are produced weekly using Legito.
